Never a problem
Each individual is very nice good personalities. Good instructions. However, my last experience was not as enjoyable because my person was tired and showed it. I do understand but…. Something that we have to learn is how to fake and greet people with a smile whether we want to or not. I work with people all day long as a Licensed Massage Therapist and no matter how tired I am I cannot let my clients see that. That’s good customer service. Even when I asked if she was having a good day and was she tired she responded that she was tired and I said I can tell, it didn’t change her demeanor. Still no smile. A smile can change anyone’s bad day to a good day. I may have been having a bad day. I wasn’t but Just saying. Other than that my experience was still good because Advance America gave me what I needed and you all take good care of me. Thanks for being there when I need you.
