I wasn't very pleased with the customer service representative at the office I went to (Gretna, LA). She did not exude a very friendly demeanor and was very curt and abrasive in my opinion. She needs extra training in customer service and learn how to be empathetic to others. I will not be going back to this location at all. After my experience, I remembered why I hadn't been in awhile. I hope her mannerism does not rub off on the lady that she was training. The trainee was very nice and understanding to the financial plight of others. Be careful how you treat others because you never know what you may encounter in life or who you may need.
