They are just very nice and considerate.

I had something bad happen to me. Someone stole my wallet with $500 cash in it for Xmas shopping and they used my debit card before I could cancel it and they cleaned out my account leaving me no money to pay my loan this month. They have been very patient and understanding about my situation and I'm desperately trying to borrowsome money to get it paid but with Xmas less than 2 weeks away no one has any to loan me.

The ladies here are so Wonderful,nice, and great at their job. I always come out in no time and they are so quality. I would recommend them to anyone that need a little extra cash till payday.

You just couldn't ask for a nicer staff at the Henderson KY location. I enjoy going into the office, because I'm always greeted warmly, and with a smile. I'm never made to feel like I'm interrupting their day. Both ladies in this location are very knowledgeable about the process, and explained everything in clear, easy to understand terms. And the convenience of the simple card transaction and digital signing tablet are far and above your competitors. I also like that even tho I get digital reminders of my upcoming payoff date, that an actual call is made to remind me. And where it may not be important to some, it is to me, that the location is always clean and neat. It gives me a secure feeling, that if they care about their surroundings looking nice, they certainly care about their clients.

The ladies were very thorough in explaining the process to borrowing money. They are so friendly, and also treat everyone like “humans”, and normal people just trying to pay our bills.

I started out with Elizabeth and now use Carolyn when Elizabeth is out of the store! She’s(both) are very efficient and meet all my needs for cashing my check and renew them! She’s very courteous and polite! The store is clean and straightened up! I would recommend Advance America to anyone!!

The Branch Over in the shopping center off of Zion road in Henderson Kentucky are always super nice and very helpful they get me in and out within five minutes of walking in the door I would definitely refer anyone on Knew to this location for assistance !!
