Was helpful very pleasant to work with. When doing a loan online should be given opportunity to play your loan off in store not withdrawal from bank account only option.

Never an ill word
Never an ill word! Always helpful and understanding! The only issue, I have had. When we do it online, its the next week its due. Do it in store, its 2 weeks. 4 times the cost online. Example, borrow 400, online next week its due. 464. Borrow 400 at store, two weeks 464. Wont ever use online again, its a rip.

Actually I am confused
Actually I am confused. I waited on the phone for nearly one hour to make a debit card payment ton August 5th. At the same time your office also processed my check - causing me to have my first overdraft charge of $30.00 at a bank I have been with for 45 years.
