I recently had the pleasure of stopping into the location at North Park Plaza in Holland. I had a very memorable experience with the agent who handled my transaction. It was the BEST customer service I've had in over 10 yrs. Bri is a ROCK STAR!!! She is very knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful!! Having worked at At&t in mngmt in the past I know the value of a great customer experience. That is EXACTLY what Bri delivered! One of the BEST customer experiences I've EVER had. 5 stars for your customer service Bri!! It is one that I will remember for a very long time. Bri has completely raised the bar on what a good customer experience should be!!
