IT'S SAD THAT THE COMPANY SEND A CUSTOMER A REFINANCE REQUEST FOR $88.95. I WOULD NEVER WANT A CUSTOMER TO A HIGH INTEREST RATE ON A SMALL AMOUNT TO BE REFINANCED. THIS WAS BAD ON YOU ALL BEHALF. I WILL HAVE TO THINK DEEPLY ABOUT REFINANCING WITH YOU ALL AGAIN.
