Not same day acces to approved loans if first time customer! a regular fdic…
Based in comparison to a regular fdic bank, as well as other usury interest based loan companies. I think you need to hire or pay some of your employees better, (just Noland road probably) so they can find the capacity to all be accurately informatuve and nice....at least, before the loan is approved, so the customer doesn't waste their time with you. This company should not advertise same business day loans as a perk of Advanced America. This is NOT an option for first time must have applicants. Not even if pre approved. So I am finally told. 1st time must be an ACH based loan, so you gotta wait on your personal bank to give you access to the loan deposit too.
Contact emails do not get answered right away, same day, ne t day or if even at all.
I don't mind paying out the bitt for a desperately needed fast cash loan but FAST CASH should be the perk for doing so.
Now for my second application experience dated 5/17. Raytown and Liberty CA employees were informative and helpful and hopefully see some cash today finally.

Great customer service.
After I was originally denied online. Someone reached out and was able to get me approved for a small loan, afterall. I would give 5 stars if I was able to get a bigger loan that I needed. But I'm still grateful for what I was able to get. So friendly and quick.
