The Tale of Two Employees
The female agent I first encountered to both close a loan and attempt to open another the next day, was disrespectful and not very knowledgeable in her job. She told me my loan was closed out by a certain time, when in reality it was a full 24 hours after the point she told me-wasting my time and vehicle fuel to go up there for no reason. She seemed uneducated on the company’s processes and procedures and didn’t even provide an apology when she was the one who provided the inaccurate information- leading me to come up there for no reason.
Christopher, on the other hand, was professional and helpful. He knows what he is doing and seems to care for his employees.
