In the middle nowhere
I called your company today because I needed a loan. The wait to talk to a representative was horrible. I was on hold for what seemed like an hour. At the end of my wait,I spoke with someone only to be disconnected. Desperately needing a loan,I called back only to be put on hold for another 45 minutes. It seems like with a name like advance America,I should be able to get a loan anywhere in the country seeing as how you have all of my information. But that's not the case. I can't think of anyone who carries all of the pertinent info you need to open an account in a different state. Which is why i still don't have the money i need. On top of all that, i tried to go on line to get a loan. I had to change my password because the associate on the phone could not pull up my original one. I'm still waiting for the passcode to be sent to my email so i can do this. I don't think it will ever come. Needless to say there's a lot of room for improvement in your company.
