They have 2 guys here. One is very fast and gets you out quick. The other guy talks way to much and will make fun of your name constantly.

I had a great experience at the Kalamazoo branch today. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient when I made a mistake that would have been detrimental to my finances. It’s a relief to have a reliable place to go when you need quick financial help. The store was clean and professional, they also had doughnuts lol I’ll definitely recommend this location to others."

Bad confusing experience
Well, I applied yesterday morning, you said I'd been approved for a loan, I didn't receive the funds & I called, the lady said why didn't you put it on my card, i asked if she could do it, however, she said id have to re apply. I did so & now im denied since re applying.
