The rudest and poorest litteraly customer service I have EVER experienced!! Then while Gogling
The rudest and poorest literally CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER Experienced. The lady was so unprofessional and spoke so rudely that she lost a customer as well as 2 more potential customers. Then while attempting to reach out to speak to a real live person the automated line would not allow me access to reach a real person to speak with. Boo hiss,! Check smart rocks. I never thought I would be saying that but I am. They are 💯 (Check Smart) kind, fast and proficient and treated my friend who I accompanied as he was actually the customer so respectfully as should be of course the way a business is supposed to conduct their selves. Thank you Check smart Kudos to you!!

I AM A LONG TIME CUSTOMER AND TRIED TO DO A PDL ON LINE FOR 2 1/2 HOURS AND WAS NEVER ABLE TO FINISH AS "AN ERROR HAS OCCURED KEPT COMING UP AFTER I COMPLETED EVERYTHING WITH A MESSAGE TO CALL THE HELP LINE ; WHICH I DID AND WAS TOLD TO TRY AGAIN ;same results ;after the 5 th try a message said my email was wrong ? only email have ever had! ??????
