Great customer service and I also thank you for enforcing social distancing. I observed a customer that was offended by the rule and your employee kept her composure throughout his rant and disregard.

I understand that Covid-19 has everyone scared, and anxious; however, the staff should be properly trained on how to tactfully tell the customers to stay behind the line or whatever demarcation put in place. Loan agent seems aloof and lack the requisite personality for that job. As a customer, you shouldn’t feel as if you’re an inconvenience to someone designated to do their job. Service wasn’t horrible but be mindful that some people can sense energy.

I was given a check because the location did not have enough cash in their drawer to fulfill my loan amount, which I was ok with until I went to 4 different locations to try and cash the check and no one was able to process it. I had to drive 25 min to nearest 1% check cashing location to cash the check . They also charged me 28 to cash it . This whole process was highly inconvenient for me . I wish the clerk would have told me from the beginning I could not cash the check at my local check cashing locations. I will not go through this again.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. All my questions and then some were answered. The smooth transaction took less than 30 minutes and had cash in hand.
