Great customer service. I got what I needed quickly.

Fast friendly service. They helped a lot and glad they have online services

Great folks to do business with. Very helpful

They were great! Very knowledgeable. Helped me when I needed it

Jeremiah was very helpful and very patient and understanding .

Brittany was very helpful. I literally had no money to my name. I was at my lowest point. She saved the day. Thank you so much Brittany. Your help means alot to me.

They were very helpful and concise. Absolutely courteous to my child and made the process easier for me.

You're a very good company but it's better to do your loan in the store than online because sometimes it messes up the dates of withdrawal like me I get paid the last day of every month and sometimes I'll get the loan on a date and they'll try to withdraw several days before. So it's better to get it in the store I've never had a problem with it there. And the employees in the store are very nice

The two ladies that helped me me were very kind and courteous and helped me with the process !!!! Would highly recommend them for your short term financial needs !!!!!!

One problem . Restore Fridays to 7:00 PM for people who get off at 6:00 pm... Lots of people need it.

Very friendly, respectful and they don't make you feel bad for needing to borrow money. Love going into the Lenoir City store

Been dealing with their services for over a year. They are very friendly and always courteous towards their customers, and I'm one of them!

They were there for me when I needed help with my financial situation and I am thankful for their help. If you need anything go to Advance America and ask for guidance and support and if you ask them and you shall receive.

Not happy got $ on monday ..got a call reminder on Tuesday for friday then got a text on wed ..

I have used Advanced America for a long time. My pay date is on a Friday they have always allowed me to come in on Sat and pay because where I work it is hard for me to get there before they close. I get a call on sat saying I don’t have to come in they accidentally sent my Check to the bank Friday night. I could come in on Monday or Tuesday and rewrite. I was a little frustrated but everybody makes a mistake. Long story short it was not Monday or even Tuesday before I could rewrite it too seven days mind you the Money came out of my account on Saturday. I was very disappointed they first was not honest about when I could rewrite second would not pay any overdraft fees I incurred due to their mistake. Their mistake ended up costing me a lot of money and had they just been honest from they start I could have done thing a little differently and it still would not have costed me money. I would not recommend them to anyone because of their lack of ability or willingness to correct their own mistakes.

The Lenoir City office is the best!!! The staff is amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. The transactions are quick and effective. And the services offered are just what the community needs! I am a proud customer of 5-6 years and I will continue to do business with them! I will not go anywhere else!!! Jacquie, Teisha, Brittany, and Joe are what make that store amazing!!! WELL DONE ADVANCE AMERICA FOR HIRING THE BEST TEAM!!!
