As a company I can’t stand the way you treat your employees who bend over backwards to satisfy the people that you guys don’t even wanna deal with just because they are people that come to you and burrow money from your company that you are providing a service to. As a customer you have inadequate use for online services that do not give enough time to pay back the loan that your company takes all day to wire money when it’s just easier t go into an office and ask for loan to burrow like I do. So what I would like you to do since is provide a better solution for when “YOUR” employees want to take a break. I was just in you Hamtramck branch and customer like me who frequents your establishment brought her some food because a customer called your corporate office and reported her. I would like for you as a company to set guide lines for when this situation is appropriate. But overall I like using the service for only when I need some extra money to help pay on some bills or when a friend may need a little helping out. When you fix this I’ll give you a better rating.

The representative in the office Ashia,(I hope I spelled that right) is so professional and very helpful to work with. The location on Middlebelt and Plymouth road is a great location due to the representative at this office. She is very knowledgeable and once again very friendly.

I honor, value, and recommend Advance. The quality of service was
