The staff is wonderful
The staff is wonderful, very welcoming and very dedicated to customer service. There was an issue with the new system, I am a returning customer, when my request was being processed there were parenthesis around my email and it was stopping the request to be completed, they called the help desk and they tried for about 20 minutes to fix the issue, this went 15 minutes past closing. The clerk assisting me, Amy said she would call me the next day and give me an update, she did just that. The issue wasn't fixed and was being looked into and that she had another customer that day with the same issue. Amy said she would call me the next day with an update, again Amy did just that, she said the issue was fixed and to come in at my convenience. I never had to call to check, instead I was always called to be informed. I know Advance America is a busy business and I very much appreciated Amy keeping me in the loop. I was frustrated with the issue but Amy made it bearable with her constant communication, positive attitude and smiling face, because of Amy this review gets 5 STARS!
