Incorrect due date listed by lending
I got a loan, which I paid off through auto-payments offered by AA. I requested the auto pay be withdrawn on the 30th. The staff person listed the withdrawal date as the 29th. Lucky for me I had the amount due in the account by the 29th, but I worried what would have happened if the money was not available by the 29th? Would I be forced to pay late charges? It makes me leary to do business again with them.
