All went well except the Plaid site did not work for me at all. Had to manual upload financial info. Check into this site to make sure it operates correctly.

Financial help when needed
This is the first time in years I needed a small quick loan to help with a last minute cost and I went to the Lorain, OH location and was greeted upon entering by the staff. Leanne (mgr) helped me answer all my questions/concerns and never made me feel rushed. The process is very upfront and explained well. I am so glad I decided to go to Advance America to help. I definitely will go to them again.
