Understanding and respect
The sales rep was very rude and disrespectful. I was sick I had just came from the hospital I couldn’t breathe and I forgot my glasses in the car and she spoke to me like I was a five year old child. I couldn’t express what I wanted to say to her at that time because I was hyperventilating, so it took what little strength I had left and made it back to the car. So I’m glad that y’all gave me the opportunity to express myself on that lady’s behavior and I’ll have been going there for a while but after that incident I will never ever go back there again.
