I went to the store the doors were…
I went to the store the doors were locked, there was a sign on the door saying she had an emergency and was closed. The next day I went back to the office same thing but the sign was gone. At 10:30 the door was still locked. Another person arrived to work that day.
I am having issues with the direct withdrawal from my bank. I have called the office to let them know when I would be coming to pay, no answer, I have called them went into the store an misty said I never called however the male that was working with her agreed with me an said yes she’s been calling. My banking account was put in the whole over the automatic payments.
They have made me go to my bank to get a print out showing it’s been paid.
The guy last week let me show my phone an up load a screenshot on my account. either there is alot if missunderstanding here, or lack of training. However it affects every person who walks through the door.
In Aug I needed a larger loan.
I was given 300, an told to come back the next day a she would fix it. All misty did was gave me another loan. So I paid 2 sets of fees.
I’ve sent in a complaint online, never heard anything back regarding this.
I have been utilizing this service for over a year an have never had this many issues.

Excellent Customer service
The excellent customer service from Kristy when me and my fiance came in to get a loan was the best I've ever experienced she was so helpful and very knowledgeable on the loan process and got us approved and on our way. Definitely will refer advanced america to family and friends.
