Always professional and great customer service. Friendly atmosphere. They definitely make you feel like your a #1 customer. They also are very concerned about any issues or questions that a customer may have, as well as answer them and help resolve any issues. Their overall GREAT! I LOVE MY MACCLENNY BRANCH!

That Sam fella, that works at the Macclenny branch, is a handful, lol. Just kidding. I like going in there and joking with Sam. The lady that waited on us, yesterday, not sure of her name, is a delight. I just love talking with her. She is so joyful. I just love it.

I have been their quiet a lot and the sign on the window says we’re open from 9-6 well sometimes I go their at 11 and they have a little clock hanging up in the window that says will return at 1:15 or last week I got their about 2pm and the little clock said will return at 3:15?? Wait- wait- Wait and wait??

The online option is horrible. The customer service that goes with it is even worse. I was given wrong information several times at different times. I was even hung up on one time. Another time I asked the agent for confirmation on something and he (Derek) said he would email it to me, but never did. A loan I wanted on one day I did not get til 2 days later when I went into the store. I will never use the online option again. I will always go to the store where there is competent people working and courteous too.

I make 17.95 an hour and had almost 50 hours and I could only get a $200 loan meanwhile a man that work at Walmart making $10 an hour goes in there and gets a $500 loan it’s just not right but it’s whatever

I got there today at 10:30 a.m. they told me I had to come back at 10:45 that they had no cash on hand I thought this was a place where you come to get cash about 5 minutes till 11 they came with cash I've been a customer for over a year this is the first time that this has happened to me I had other things and a doctor's appointment that I had to cancel for a later time not happy.

Services at the macclenny florida location a was excellent!
