I went to the Advance America to get assistant on the new loans that they are offering the agent was polite, professional and very understanding what my needs were he took control of the situation and explained the do's and don'ts of the loan he work diligently and communicate how the payment and if any other questions that I have he would be more than happy to explained any other questions he may have
