The best experience I ever had to get a loan. It was fast, easy, the lady who helped me was very helpful, polite, efficient, knew her job, explained everything well. If I ever need another loan I know right where to go. And it's near my home. I am so sorry but I can't remember that nice lady's name. She was terrific.

I alway asked for my loan to be repaid …
I alway asked for my loan to be repaid on the 3rd of the month because my largest payday is on the 3rd. I only get $200+ on the 1st.
But your office alway schedule it on the 2nd.
I must call to move it to the 3rd.
Please tell your office to schedule the repayment when I need it to happen.

Menifee location
I've been having some financial hardship and, I'm very grateful Advance America lend me funds to get my head above water. I go to the Menifee location. I really like Vivian, she shows respect, empathy, along with great knowledge of the lending process.

I applied online and quickly received a call from Advance America rep "Vivian" who was very helpful & informative. Vivian addressed all my concerns and explained process. When I arrived at location, staff was very professional. This was my first time to use your services and I felt comfortable and at ease with entire loan process.
