I went into the store
I went into the store, since pandemic and my finances shifted this has been a safer and easy way to cover things when needed. The staff are always kind and friendly. The manager at the 61st Street near Gary, IN location is wonderful. You feel like a loser sometimes when you don’t have enough to cover your bills sometimes and I am grateful for this business at this time.

Apologies
I had to take down my last review because the error was on me and not the branch. I requested a due date chsmge from the 31st to the 3rd of January. It looked like they took payment on both days. I had a text saying my payment was received on the 30th. I then received a email stating my payment was successfully received on the 3rd. That's why I thought they double dipped. One was when it was taken and the other was when it posted. Now even though they did take it on the 30th when I changed it to the 3rd, I can't fault anyone because most issues are computer generated or a misunderstanding. The Merriville staff should get a raise or at least buy them lunch.

Advance America makes getting loans a piece of cake. I usually apply online and as long as I have everything in order can receive cash almost instantly. The one location I've visited has some of the nicest people in customer service.
