5 Star - Excellent customer service and qualified loan amount! They are good with me and the other visitors.
0 Star- However, bloody bad interest rates! You can't justify it.

Been with "you guys" a very long time, so I feel well qualified to review you! One of the main reasons I have stayed so long is because there is no "hazzle" to obtain extra funds; AND the quality of service you have always provided has been wonderful. Specifically, your current manager, Yadira Orozco, is always upbeat and optimistic, with an honest willingness to help in any way she can. (Having worked and trained in the Florida Judiciary for over 18 years, I can immediately spot earnest intentions). She definitely is a leader and everyone who has worked with her likewise has been noticeably well-trained, the latest being Christhian, who also shows her manager's fine compassionate qualities! Kudos to Advance America!

I spend 35 minutes in the whole process, I was the only one person at that time. the representative send fax and talk by phone with the boss , receiving instructions, while I was waiting for her. The tablet to sign it does not work good.thanks.

Professional and Understanding
The people that work here are not only professional but understanding and compassionate. They were accommodating, helpful and kind especially when I needed it after experiencing a loss in the family and missed time from work. Its nice to go to a place where your presence is welcomed and you leave feeling understood and respected.
