I had trouble using the online account
I had trouble using the online account. So I had to go to my regular Middleburg location. Imagine my surprise when I found the office had been closed moved! So I had to find the closest office- in Orange Park- 11 Miles away! Once I got there the representative told me the other office had been permanently closed! Fortunately she was able to pull up my information and help me with a hew loan. But a real notice sure would have helped!

Mrs. Pricilla Brown assisted me in my time of need, at the Advance America, in Middleburg Florida. She was very helpful, very intelligent, and very personable. It was a pleasure doing business with her. This was my first time ever using Advance America, and if the need arises, in the future, I would gladly seek out Mrs. Brown for assistance. Money and technology advice all in one location.
It has been awhile since I have needed some quick financial assistance. Your office has updated with a lot of technology and a new boss lady.
Well your boss is fantastic. I'm 76 and not the best technology expert. She helped me download my banking app, led me through all the steps to secure my loan and voila. $500 appeared in my bank.
Fantastic service and the young lady was a technology expert on top of everything. Thank you for your wonderful employee's and for your assistance in a timely manner when I needed it.
