Just completed my first online application and the ladies at Monticello were super helpful to help me get my funds as quickly as possible while I was on vacation.

Excellent place to get help when you need it. Very polite and helpful staff that do their best to get you the money you need and they actually take the time out to listen to you. I felt like a actual person when I was there and that's rare nowadays. Thank you all for everything and I will be coming back in the future.

The lady was very nice and I always go to Advanced America. When I’m in need of money it helps me out a lot in need. Iwill continue to do it if I need money.

I believe advanced America was very professional, the ladies in Monticello Indiana was very polite and respectful. Advanced America in Monticello Indiana was very interested in helping me the best way they could and getting a loan. They even gave me an extra two weeks from the date that I said I could pay that just doesn't happen thank you guys and I appreciate you guys giving me more time to pay the loan. I told them that I could pay the loan off within a week but they so politely told me we will give you until your next payday which was two weeks later so all together they gave me three weeks to pay my loan thank you guys I think you're doing a great job I don't feel like you took advantage of me I don't feel like the interest was too high I felt like it was fair they even told me God bless you and Merry Christmas and Happy New year

Ordered the wrong part online call the store the lady that I talked to was very rude I asked her if they had the starter I need it there she said she did I asked her if the price was the same as the one I ordered and in a Very rude way she said yes I’m sitting here right here looking at it I said OK since were in harvest right now I sent another guy to pick it up and return the other when he got there they told him that the price was 9999.95 You need to get some better people there if they don’t like your job they don’t need to be there and if they’re going to tell somebody something it needs to be the truth not a lie
