I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. I will never use this service again. My loan was sent through for $150 more than I asked for. I went back to the store to fix it and they wouldn't do anything to fix it. So now I get to be even further in debt because of them. I have called and emailed twice. I received no email back and was told that they "didn't know" if I could be put on a payment plan to pay this off. Absolutely ridiculous and useless customer service.
