I’ve been a customer for years and...
I’ve been a customer for years and years. Today, however, I was not a customer. A 200 dollar loan was apparently registered in the system under my name... but it wasn’t me. I called, and got things taken care of, and was told it was just a glitch in the system.
I don’t know about you, but glitches like that make me extremely nervous.
I’d give five stars, but that system glitch taking out loans in folks’ names, does. It bode well for my continued confidence please look into your system, and see if you can find the cause for these errors.
At least put out an informative email citing problems with the system. Something to assure us customers that you are doing everything you can to address this issue.

The girls at Advance are so sweet, polite and fun to work with; like old friends which makes it a pleasant experience and never embarrassing. They are very professional and still have such a sweet compassion about them.
