There was a communication problem between on line and the store. We were told all we had to do after completing an application on line was show our drivers license and pick up the cash. That was not the case. We were asked to present Drivers license, Social Security card and Bank statement. Took a long time to get the documents and obtain the cash. They did not have but 900 dollars and we were approved for 1000.00 On the other hand....Ms Eunice Harris the associate for Advance America waited on us. She was remarkable. Rarely does one find personnel so suited for their work. We were so discouraged and she was able to calm us and alleviate our frustration. Even though it was near closing time after all was said and done she patiently allowed us to go across the street to the bank to obtain the data we needed. An amazing lady..

It was a simple and quick process. Took maybe 30 minutes or less. I highly recommend them when your in a pinch.

My experience with Advance America has been positive and extremely helpful!! I was provided wonderful customer service by Eunice, my point of contact upon arrival at the Myrtle Beach location. She answered all my many questions I had regarding the company's various Loans and Line of Credit offers for my use. I would highly encourage anyone in need of applying for a loan to give Advance America a call. They won't be disappointed!!

Thank you Advance America. I had great service at the Socastee branch. A Eunice Harris gave wonderful service and explained everything to me as this is my first loan ever. She even made exceptions and manually entered all my information due to me not being prepared, and she didn’t even bat an eye. Lovely lady thank you.

On Friday 3/25 I asked the store attendant (Dick Pond Rd, Myrtle Beach SC) if I take out a PayDay loan today, am I able to come in and 1) PAY that off on MONDAY and then 2) apply and get a Line of Credit loan that same day. She said YES but gave me the customer service number to call in my payment. Well today is MONDAY and no customer service rep can take my payment (not in system) and the local branch has no way to do it either (her systems are ONLY for lines of credit).

I applied for the Line Of Credit which is $1000 BUT you can’t give me ANYTHING of that until my PayDay loan is paid. I am going out of state on Wed and needed more funds before I left.

The online chat agent said it takes 4 calendar days before PayDay shows up for me to pay off. Neither the local Myrtle each agent nor 2 at your customer service stations knew that either.

This was my first time at advance america (socastee) & it could not have been more smoother. Mrs. Karen & Mrs. Eunice was more than helpful. I'm thankful for them & my loan 😊
