I would not usually think to give five stars to a payday loan business. These businesses usually take advantage of the people who most need help. However, my loan payment was due two days before a major hurricane hit - Hurricane Irma. My husband and I had more expenses preparing the house and having to go to a shelter with the children. He spoke to the staff at Advance America and they allowed us to repay the loan on the following pay date. Then, when we were paid two weeks later, after the hurricane hit, we went in to make the payment and they asked about our situation. They asked if we could pay and if we needed an extension. This company, at least the one that services the east Naples, FL location, deserves five stars. We appreciate your humanity and decency in our time of need.
