The young lady that I dealt with Ceaira was efficient and knowledgeable of her job, even though, one wishes that were not in a position to take this loan, but she made you feel secure and gave you all the information about the interest, she was honest which is a rare commodity these days. You have a gem in her at the New Castle office.

Well I filled and got approved for the lone on Fri at 2pm. Expected to receive the money in my account that day yet now it's Sunday and still not expecting to receive it until Tuesday which really doesn't matter to me at this point I get paid a couple days later so when you tell people that they will get the funds same day you should hold Tru to that due to the fact that if someone is filing for it apparently they need it then especially when you have account information for direct deposit. I asked if I could pick the money up at a store and they said that I couldn't because it was already being processed so that should be something that could be changed also because I could have just done this at the store and got it that same day yet I do it online and have to wait 4 days it's ridiculous

I was coming up short for my bills and decided to see if I could try and get an installment loan. The paperwork that was needed was very easy and not complicated. I ended up getting approved for more than I needed. The Rep that helped me name was Dave and he was so kind and helpful. The computer was messing up and he apologized many times though it was not his fault he was very apologetic. He was super nice!!!
