Excellent Experience
They serve all there customers with excellence even when it’s busy they move swiftly, but still make sure they provide a great experience for the customer they dealing with and never leave you with in questions. Multitasking at its worst
While at the counter the representative has to answer the phone which is understandable. They cannot put the caller on hold even though someone is at the counter or they can possibly be terminated. It’s crazy and bad customer service especially while dealing with money. It makes the in store persons transaction longer than it has to be
