Your branch was a great help to me. I appreciate the help!

The first thing I noticed about the Advance American office, was how inviting it is. There was more of a personal feel. The employees were engaging and comfortable to speak with, I felt no feeling of being judged, they sincerely want to help me in my time of need. If needed in the future, I will go directly to Advance American and refer anyone else I know.

The staff is very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Ms. Wanda is excellent at what she does, and can multitask several things at once. I have also seen her handle difficult customers with professionalism and respect. On today, I had the pleasure of working with the mngr from the Chateau store working at the Citrus location today. She too was VERY nice, warm and knowledgeable. She was fast as well.

Wanda who works at the citrus ave, store in harahan, louisiana, is very very personal and because of her I came back and borrowed again. Thank you so much.
