Exceptional Customer Service by Gabby
What I really appreciated about my experience with Advance America, and in particular working with Gabby, was how completely painless she made the whole process. From the very first phone call, she answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly, so by the time I came down to the location, mostly everything was already done. On top of that, she surprised me with some great news about how simple it is to reloan, which I had no idea about. I’ll definitely keep coming back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for fast, friendly service.

Qualifying for the loan was easy...
Qualifying for the loan was easy. However, the request for documents online is not for the technology squeamish, but after a few intense minutes with my keyboard I was finished. Once the process was complete I enjoyed access to my account and the ease of online management. So go through the process and just grin and bear it....

Always friendly and caring
Always friendly and caring. Before we had Martha who was knowledgeable and friendly but since she left we now have Madison who is also just as wonderful and knowledgeable who helps by always smiling and makes us feel like everything will be ok that if we ever need a helping hand Advance America will always be there.
