As it was my first time using Advance America, I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service representative was very helpful and courteous. She explained the whole loan process and made the transaction simple and easy. The rate for the loan was reasonable and the 2 weeks to repay was very convenient.
