Amazing Customer Service
Very impressed with the manager Rose Nartatez at Advance America. I came in with a complicated situation, and she took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood my options. She was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful, even during a busy time. It’s obvious that Rose is very knowledgeable, leads by example, and creates a positive, supportive environment. Every time I go to Advance America off…
Every time I go to Advance America off of Silver Springs Boulevard the customer service there is the bomb the two individuals that work there the young lady and the guy they treat you like family. Can't get a payday loan poor customer service they…
Can't get a payday loan because they claim I have an outstanding loan out. Which I don't. They claim that I signed paperwork that's not my signature. But they refuse to do anything about it

Finally I got help.
Well, it took me about 5 times of calling before a could get my loan. Some associates said they could not help on the phone. But finally I hot a nice person with an accent that helped me get through the application. Then I am told my transfer world probably take 24 hours to happen. But finally I got it done. Associates in the store were suppose to call me back on 3 different times and they failed to do that also.
