I haven’t received the money because I had a closed account on file. I am waiting for it to be returned and sent to correct bank account. My fault. However it’s very transparent as far as what’s going on so that I like. Hopefully by next week I’ll have it

The whole loan process only took 20 minutes and Amy and Don in the O'Fallon mo location are so nice and helpful and they answered all my questions and made sure my online account was set up before I left. I will definitely be a returning costumer and highly recommend them only bad thing is it is a high traffic location turning off highway k.

Sean Kavin set the bar for a perfect customer experience. He was very responsive, knowledgeable when I asked questions about the loan, but he explained everything and detailed, and walked me through the entire process and took his time. It could not have been more seamless and made it very pleasant. Sean’s attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled going above and beyond in every aspect!
