I’m not going to lie the first girl I spoke to was hella cold. Came off kind of rude. But the other lady that took over redeemed some points. She was very nice. Answered all my questions. The process was smooth and quick. I will definitely be back to see them in the future if I need another loan

It's always a pleasant experience when I go there. However today I was very surprised and happy when upon greeting the representative remembered and addressed me by my first name. My last visit was in March. Great job.
