Five Stars Plus five more for Desiree Garcia who served me in a Professional, Friendly, Efficient manner. The Store is Clean & well kept! The Staff & Customer Service Agents are Exceptional in their knowledge, communication skills, & delivery. Desiree Garcia impressed upon me that she had been with your company for many years. When I inquired as to how long she had been there, she replied that she was new! Wow! What Amazing Service I received. I would definitely be referring customers your way. I do not know Desiree personally, just met her. If I had any complaints, I am batantly honest & you would have heard it! Equally, when I am pleased with Customer Service, I do the same - take the time to acknowledge it! My receiving the loan is not why I am rating my experience so high but Desiree Garcia stands on her own Merits!
