I applied on line first but they were not receiving my documents fully I kept getting the same email request for documents. After some days I decided to apply at the store instead. This review is for the Oregon Ohio store. The clerk was very patient and explained how the loan works. Things had changed a bit since my last loan it had been several years earlier. Also the paperwork was not as long as before. Thanks for the assistance if I have a need again I’ll return.

I found Advance America very very helpful especially on my visit a Friday. I received excellent service and asked Danielle several times to repeat herself because I have PTSD and do not follow numbers easily. She did and was fast professional and polite. A great experience !!!
