Need to be clear when applying on a…
Need to be clear when applying on a Friday that money may not be available until Monday if choosing electronic deposit. I would have chose to pick up cash in office had I known it takes so long. I called customer service twice and was told 2 different timeframes. One female said funds would be deposited before Midnight on Saturday. The other said it be on Monday, he sounded like he knew what he was talking about and he was right. Funds were deposited Monday morning. Sure could have used those funds over the weekend.

Great service!
I have visited several locations in the Tulsa area, com Owasso to Broken Arrow, as well as OKC and they are all super friendly and extremely helpful. Several of them have cold bottles of water and snacks available. I never feel rushed or not listened too, no matter how busy they are. This is a service a lot of people need to get through a temporary financial hurdle.
