Awesome manager/ awesome staff!
I've gone to the Advance America store in Pacifica, CA for years. I cannot say enough good things about how pleasant and professional the staff there is (Nadine, Jessica and others). And, there's very low turnover/ high longevity, so all the staff know me, and I've gotten to know them. The force behind the awesome staff and great atmosphere at the Pacifica store is its long-time manager, Robin. She treats everyone -- customers and employees alike -- with kindness, respect and calmness. Many thanks to Robin and the whole team!
