Account management needs improvement
Staff at the Pawtucket office did their best, but company policies towards changing checking accounts are less than optimal. Paying back a loan shouldn't be so difficult and online account management needs to become an easier option.

First time ever using a pay advance …
First time ever using a pay advance company and definitely have to say it was very quick and easy. All the terms are up front and there's minimal paperwork to fill out. Guest service was pleasant and professional, location was clean and inviting. You have 2 weeks to pay back the loan. The APR is ridiculous at like 200%, but it's a short term loan meant for emergency purposes. I end up paying $45 for a $450 advance, which isn't necessarily too bad considering most overdraft fees are $35. I can see how people can get into a bad cycle of requesting these all the time. In that case, you'll always be on the losing end of the stick. I can find a lot of ways to use $50 other than giving it away! But, if you know you'll have enough money in the future and need a quick loan to cover costs...I'd definitely recommend AA!
