Applying for the loan in store is always great! People are always helpful and super nice! I do have one issue. I didn't want to decrease my rating because it is not am in store issue.
I cannot apply for loans on line. When I log into the app it doesn't give me the option. I have called the main number and they couldn't help. I showed my app in store and they said I should have the option, but it's not there.

The customer service representative at the Advance America location ((Pawtucket) was very incompetent. She failed to realize my transaction was a pickup cash advance. I had to make 4-5 phone calls to resolve the matter.
