Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. I've texted & called but keep getting told they're busy. I've tried for 2 days to get ahold of someone. I called this morning & got told 2min eta but have been waiting for 40mins... still no one yet, has me wondering if anyone works here?
The website doesn't show me where I can make a payment either so it's just ridiculous.

The staff at the Pflugerville Texas branch
The staff at the Pflugerville, Texas store were very helpful and answered questions I had. I applied for a loan online and went to the store to pick up and they were very efficient and made all interactions and receiving my money very simple and easy. I highly recommend this branch.
