Not my typical good review
I usually leave entirely positive reviews because I have had great experiences with your amazing staff. But this last visit to the store wasn’t up to the usual standards and it deserves to be noted. You cancelled a product that many of your customers used without any notice, explanation or warning. We were ultimately forced do the new loan, because we counted on the previous product and it’s much more expensive, that upset me, because I would’ve shopped around for the best rates and I didn’t have that opportunity. Plus, everyone walking in has to be there 3x the normal time, if no one is in front of you. I took me an hour and a half when I’m used to 15 minutes. I would’ve planned differently. Bridget handled it flawlessly and was still her usual cheerful and helpful self. She was the only saving Grace that day, customers should be better taken care of than how Advanced America did this week.

I highly recommend if you ever need cash to hold you over until payday, go to the location on Stadium Drive and see Chiquita and Brittany. Their the BEST!!!
