Worst day . Met with Kindness .
I went in and was having one of the worst days ever. I was greater by this young lady Mel. She was so pleasant and kind.She had the most wonderful kind heart .You sure don't see many people who treat you like she did my family today. Great company but the people working at the stores need to have training on customer relations.
I had to drive up to the closest store which was 35 mi from my town to pay the bill because your automatic payment system did not go through correctly on the 3rd.
When I got there I had to wait in line behind four other people because you only had one person taking care of everyone.
The lady was rude as if she was in a huge hurry and told me that any questions I had I would have to contact customer service about them.
And to make bad matters worse she told me I could not borrow back because I originally borrowed online.
I'm not one to normally complain but she could have given me at least the answer to why you're online service was not working.
I'm sorry she was having and overwhelmed today but she don't need to take it out on her customers.

I have borrowed and repaid funds on numerous occasions over the last 2 years. Each time I have had an interaction with the Plainwell, MI team I walk away feeling very “Taken Care Of!” They listen, smile & laugh with me, they are professional, and they process my transactions efficiently and always ask if there is anything else they can do for me! Communication is great. I never hesitate to call with a question or to request a new loan! They deserve 10 out of 5 Gold Stars!!
