Horrible, possibly toxic odor at the Pompano Beach Advance America premises
I am a previous customer who entered the Pompano Beach location on 5.20.25 during the shopping center being under heavy construction. Upon entering the premises I could immediately smell a strong, possibly toxic odor. It could have been formaldehyde, but I could not confirm. Jorge, the service rep for Advance America, stated he was only there on that day covering for someone else, also acknowledged the odor. Although my experience working with Advance America was always good, the presence of enduring and inhaling this horrible odor was unacceptable! My throat is still sore and its hours later.
