very frustrating call customer service…
very frustrating call customer service due to on hold for 25min but I started out with only a 4min wait. wait time kept going up. 1st time ever having hold time increase.
I really need to talk to someone due to me being on social security and getting paid on 1st and 3rd. Thay having me set to pay on the 29th. I was very specific that I ONLY GET PAID ONCE A MOUNTH. The agent at the time said call and Thay would work with me. Now being told that they can't.
