It's hard enough to have to go in and request a payday loan, but to also be treated with disdain and then actually offer to help me go online and give them five stars???
The Advance America store in Chula Vista, CA, on Broadway, have much nicer employees and are kind and helpful. I would give THEM 5 stars!

I always have a great experience on the rare occasions where I do come in the store for my loan needs with the staff. Great customer service with a smile. I renew loans online now, which is a very simple process for those individuals that dont have the time to come in, in person.

If you have a question or if you don't know what to do in case of you didn't make it to the store; they guide you very good over the phone and the best of all.....they make you feel free worries when they say that it's always a way to handle the situation.
